1. How do I register?

Then click on CREATE an ACCOUNT, submit your information and your account will be activated once it is reviewed and approved. You will get an email notifying you that your account has been activated. 2. How can I view my order?
Once you have logged into your account you are free to browse and shop. You can click on MY ACCOUNT, found at the top right corner of the website and then on MY ORDERS. You will be able to view past orders and the status of any current orders.
3. How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping rates vary depending on weight, shipping zip code and service. Please call 212-779-7123 for any questions.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
The shipping process depends on the location of destination and the type of shipping service. We usually ship UPS ground but a faster or different service can be requested by calling 212-779-5905.
5. What is the return/exchange policy?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges since we do not sell used items. You have a total of 10 days from the day you receive the invoice to inspect the merchandise and make any claims about receiving a wrong style or a factory defective item. We must be notified before any return so that we are able to grant you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will only accept merchandise wrongly shipped of damaged from factory. Items sent without an RMA will be neglected and returned to the customer at his expense. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once we receive the defective shipment it will be inspected by our personnel. If the item is found to be factory damaged you will have a credit applied towards your next purchase. Otherwise, the credit will not be applied. If the item is found not to be damaged, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a deduction of shipping cost will have effect to their credit card.
